  • I've tried both, I haven't done a full round of T25 yet though but it is a great program. I did complete Combat and loved everything about it, some of the workouts are as little as 30 minutes up to 60 min, so you can work them into your schedule when you can.
  • I love the new Focus T25, 25 minutes is awesome and Tonyia is the modifier and is very doable.
  • It shouldn't bulk you up too much, the muscle your seeing is burning fat. Lifting is the way to go if you want to burn fat.
  • I've done several rounds of P90X and had great results, so much so I became a Beachbody Coach. I'll join your group, maybe you'd like to join one of my challenge groups that I host on Facebook.
