I workout in the morning. I am not a morning person, but after a long day at work I had no energy to work out. It took a while to get use to going. However, it can be done. Going through the day knowing I have already been to the gym is wonderful. I'm a believer you make time for what you want to do.

You can do it with out the surgery. Think of it this way, even with the surgery you will have to eat healthy and exercise. The surgery has lots a side effects and may cause future problems. What you put into it is what you get out of it. I has worked for me. It is shocking when you start adding to your food log how many calories you are actual eating. It makes me think about my food before I eat it. Lynda

I don't like most of the "light salad dressing" but I found Bolthouse Farms Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette is one of the better ones its only 15 calories and 3 sugars.

You need to nip this in the bud.. Confronting someone is hard to do. Usually, the thoughts of how it will go are worse than what the reality will be. There is nothing wrong with standing up for yourself.
