I eat them as long as they fit into my calories. I dont do it every day though. I buy a box of the 100 calorie packs. They have cookies and brownies, and it kicks the sweets craving.

It is definitely hard! But it gets easier every time you do it. I'm only on level 1 so far.. but its nice because there are two girls in the back and one does an easier version if you need it to start with.

You are supposed to eat them back which confuses me lol. I don't always eat them back. Most of the time its only about half. Just make sure you aren't under 1200 calories.

I don't think that is too little, 2500 is the max. Good for you though! I am always over on my sodium. I've heard that its good to keep it around 1000 or lower.

You can go to the store, I saw one at meijer in the fitness section yesterday when I was there. Or you can order one off ebay and get a really good deal. Thats what I did.

I think everyone should be able to go out and have dinner at their favorite restaurant once in awhile. As long as you have the will power to keep it to one day, then I don't think it should be much of an issue.
