i am over 60 usually do 40mins on treadmill in our gym at 5.3 km/hr below 140heart rate, it goes over 180 when playing badminton sometime over 180 beats per min, i think you are doing fine

i can only drink water when i am playing sports, but i do have lots of fruits and they do contain water

i have a problem drinking water too, drink tea does that count

been vegetarian over 20 years i dont use many fake products,but i wonder what they use for giving meat flavouring to meat free foods

i know someone went fruitarian for six months or so and he is doing fine but he gone back to his vegan diet
