I hear ya! I love to wear heels but feel I am towering over everyone. Luckily my husband is 6'1", got kissing height.

So nice to see other tall women around. I often fill like an amazon. I'm 5' 9", looking to loose 15-20lbs. Just started, so far so good.

I bet you are loosing fat and gaining muscle weight. Have you tried taking your measurements lately?

I've starting brushing and flossing my teeth around 7:00 p.m.; this way I am less likely to eat because then I will have to brush and floss again.
