I don't keep a stash of my favorite fat snacks :) when I want something I have to go to the store and get it. Then to keep myself from eating it all, I will have a serving and give the rest to my husband or my daughter. My husband is a junk food junkie but his favs differ from the foods I'm weak to, so it doesn't bother me…

My husband is the same. He has always dated woman a bit on the thicker side. BUT I can tell he has enjoyed the weight I've lost just as much as I have. I think, now I may be wrong, that when they say skinny they mean underweight and what they are attracted to is curves.
-
To me, it seems counterproductive to not log everything. I want to see when I mess up and own up to it. although like many have already said, I don't feel there are any bad foods. Just ones I have to eat less of.

Wondering why people say this is expensive. I'm under the impression it was $6 a box and that includes the shipping. Am I missing something?
-
I've recently had 2 people tell me I shouldn't lose anymore weight because then I'll be "too skinny". Which is total BS, I could easily lose another 20/25 pounds and still be at a healthy weight. Don't let people bring you down. Just keep doing what you are doing. It's your body not theirs.

My husband supports my decisions but he isn't trying to lose weight, so he doesn't workout with me or eat the same foods as I do. I often end up making a different meal for him then I would myself. I recommend that if you don't want to eat what the rest of your family is eating, make your own food. People wont always…

When I first starting wearing mine, my husband and I were about to head to the grocery store and he looked at my arm and asked me "are you really gonna wear that there" I told him "I'd rather be seen wearing an armband then seen rolling around on a automatic shopping cart because I'm too fat and lazy to walk" But with that…

Asked the girl working in GNC what was the big deal with raspberry keytones and she told me "It was on Dr Oz. Just another gimmick" LOL

I use the Body Media Fit Link. Been using it since September and I love it! Tracks my sleep, steps, moderate activity, vigorous activity and total calories burned for the day. Plus I can link it with MFP and track my food through MFP. I can do weekly to monthly reports. The sleep tracker is so accurate its almost creepy.…

I just ordered the calipers. Hoping they give me a some what accurate %. They were pretty cheap so I'm not expecting wonders but I've read that calipers are pretty accurate if you don't want to go pay to have one of the more expensive tests done.

This Tried it years ago. Doesn't work. I lost the same as I would had I not taken it. Waste of money plus, at least with me, I crashed and gained it all back plus some.

I have an elliptical..... I just use it almost daily. Has worked so far with losing weight. Not quite sure what you mean by "the best way". Get on it and go ;)
-
I agree with listening to your body. Go with how you feel. I keep my calorie intake above 1200, usually I reach about 1400, but I am pretty fully at that and I still have exercise calories left. It's worked for me so far.

I think I have and according to my husband and a few others I have :) Lots and lots of squats, lunges and weights. I'm cursed with the flat butt genes but trying to see if I can change that.

I had a personal trainer a while ago that I loved to work with. I actually got 3 free sessions with him when I joined the gym. I liked working with him so much I ended up paying for more. He really kicked my butt and I learned a lot of good workouts from him that I still use now. In fact some of the equipment I've added to…

I was never a really thin person. But about 7 years ago I moved to New Mexico. I sat on my butt most of the days and ate fried foods like it was going out of style. I went from being a pretty active person to hardly being active at all and boredom eating. In the first 3 years I was here I put on 60 lbs! I finally realized…
