  • Congratulations. I hit the -20 pound mark today too. *high five*
  • Man I was gonna say tapeworm. Dysentery would be a close second though.
  • mapmyrun.com has a mobile verson that is pretty good.
  • I discovered Mio Liquid water enhancer at my grocery store this week. It is like the flavor packets but actually good. It is 0 cal, 0 sodium, 0 sugar, 0 carb, has a variety of flavors and actually tastes pretty decent. What I really like about this stuff is it is a liquid in a squeezy bottle so you can add as much or as…
  • I second the beer, good dark hoppy roasty toasty beer. This lifestyle change really put a dent in my homebrewing hobby. *sigh*
  • The 0% honey is my favorite but the black cherry is a close second for me.
  • Minnesota lists it as well. I've always hated that. I'm about 30 lbs over my DL weight.
  • @Atlantique: I have my daily goal set at 1600 cals but typically consume 1400 to 1500 which I do not think is too few calories. I've been losing a steady 2 lbs a week until this past week when it was stagnant. It could be a coincidence but my boyfriend, who also consumed a number of drinks and stuck to his calorie goal…

  • My boyfriend and I are both on as well. I use the site more fully than he does but we are both really happy with it. With food tracking and a little exercise we both lost 15 lbs in 7 weeks.
  • They are really good roasted with other root veggies and a little olive oil. I also like them mashed with some turnip. Veggie soup is another good place for them, dice them up just like you would carrots.

  • Some whole food stores have them as well. Happy hunting!
  • I love it on it's own with a little butter, salt and pepper. I have heard of using it in place of pasta but can't imagine it tasting really great. If you are looking for a pasta replacer check out Shirataki noodles. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shirataki_noodles
