  • I relate to getting hungry at bedtime, however, have found going to sleep usually stops my hunger. Once in a while I wake up hungry and will take a few sips of water. If I am starved, I eat and update my diary.

  • I need more friends, too. I lost my best friend six years ago on 1/18/2006. That is the day my twin sister died. I have managed to lose 35 pounds since the beginning of August, but still need to lose much more.
