We need to get one thing straight- do you want to get strenghts or burn fat? Because it's hardly possible to do both at once and it's not recommended to do so much cardio traning in addition to strenght training

You might want to lower your daily portion of carbs to about 150. That's what I do as a athlete and works perfectly. we, in this case, keep thier protein level really above needed but that's to help building muscles (which looks ugly on women). good luck and congratz on progress made so far
