Not my intent but I will tell you that I know of six women, mom's from school who all lost weight with those Dr. B injections and had plastic surgery, tummy tucks, boob jobs, butt lifts etc. and all four out of the six cheated on their husbands and are now divorced so there's some merit to the article, that's for sure.

Same, the icing is just nasty and usually the cake is dry and flavourless. A homemade cake or brownie with a little bit of real butter cream frosting is the way to go!

I get an hour lunch break so I usually eat my lunch at my desk before I leave for my official break. I walk for the full hour. My friend has gall stones and she was told to eat green apples and drink pure apple cider to help with the pain. It's helped her immensely and if you eat/drink organic, it's all clean.

I haven't got it but I'd like to try it. I've done Six week Six Pack and 30 Day Shred and keep going over them both, mixing them up. Time for a new workout. I'll see if I can pick the Body Rev DVD today while at work and if so, I'll join you Monday!

This is an amazing DVD program - I love it! I never did the whole 30 days in 30 straight days - took weekends off but I still got amazing results and now, I do it as a warm up for other workouts. I like to switch up the levels so I never get bored. Stick with it, you will be happily surprised.
