Hoping your surgery went well. I have TNBC as well. I was diagnosed in Feb with the rare inflammatory breast cancer as well as a very aggressive large IDC tumour. I have my last chemo treatment on Tuesday and surgery scheduled for Aug 21.

Hi everyone 👋 I’m Robin, 53, 5’3” from British Columbia, Canada. I’ve been married for 27 years, coming up on 28. I have two grown daughters who no longer live at home and two Jack Russell Terriers. No grand babies yet. I work full time, from home. After a crazy year; we sold our home of 23 years and moved to our dream,…

This was years ago but I was at a mother/daughter horse camp with my daughter and a friend and her daughter. I was utterly humiliated when I the woman going around helping hoist people onto their horse came up to me and said, I'll get one of the guys to come over, I can't help you. I was the heaviest I'd ever been, even…

Use cucumber slices instead of crackers for toppings like a tsp of tuna salad, a dill pickle slice/cheese etc

I have a pork caldereta cooking in the slow cooker right this minute. Smells divine!

I love Sydney Cummings workouts. I have been doing Jillian Michael's for about 7 years or so and decided to try Sydney for a change earlier this year. I took a short break from regular workouts recently and just this morning decided to start her Summertime Fine 2.0 series from day. I've done several of the days randomly…

Today was 1.5Mile walk with the dog then Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Week 1 workout with 5Lb weights

I'm finding some of the David's teas work as great appetite suppressor's in the afternoon and when you are craving a treat. They work great for me.

Mine is that my co-worker just went to the store and brought back six bags of Fun Size chocolate treats and two big bags of Munchie Mix for the staff. Oi! I caved and had 4 pretzels. but I've got another 3 hours.

Hi everyone! Doing this program again after a long break. It's a good program, I had lots of success when I last did it two years ago. I'm starting out at 157, 5'3. I did W1, D1 and D2 between yesterday and today and immediately followed each work out with a 15 minute mile on the treadmill. Watching my calories and going…

Hello everyone, I'm Robin. I'm very late to the party. I've just started W1 yesterday, did D1 yesterday and D2 today. I've done this workout a few times in the past and got great results. Usually not in weight loss but definitely in inches lost. It's a great program. Looking forward to keeping up with you all.

I'm in the same boat. I'm 5'3 and looking to lose at least 30 pounds. Currently at 157

I'm also looking for new friends to hold me accountable. Most of my friends don't seem to be too active on here anymore. Feel free to add me. I'm 45 (46 next week, eek!) and looking to lose about 40 pounds altogether. I'm very serious about it now, as I have a Caribbean cruise only 65 days away!

Hi from Aldergrove BC!

I'd like to join! I'm taking a Caribbean cruise end of March and need to get beach body ready!

I agree with the comments above to try the equipment at the gym for a while first if you haven't already. I did and found that I really didn't care for the elliptical but loved the treadmill. And last year, I got an awesome treadmill for Christmas. I also have three sets of dumbbells and a whole set of Jillian Michaels…

Hi, I have a cruise booked for next March and I really need to lose at least 35 pounds. That's my minimum goal. I need motivation too.

I prefer the treadmill because I find I can get a better workout, tailored to me. I can do an incline, speed it up and run or just walk. I find the Elliptical too restricted and boring. Maybe I don't use it right.. I know a lot of people who love it.

currently 4c in Aldergrove, BC but going to hit a balmy 9c this afternoon. :-)

I'll be 45 in 11 days and wish to lose 35 to 40 pounds. I've done this a couple times, lose some and then fall off the wagon and put it all back on but this time, I'm determined. I got a new treadmill for Christmas so I have no excuse anymore. :-) Add me if you like.

I found it really didn't have much of a taste at all and would absorb the flavor of the sauce. I make it and serve it with my own homemade spaghetti sauce and I like it. I also use it as a noodle when making stir fry to toss it with or serve the stir fry on. So long as there's a sauce, it's pretty good. I don't care for it…
