I lost 4.6 pounds my first week. Eating 1450 a day and working out 3 hours a week. I've been doing Walk Away the Pounds. This is the end of my 3rd week. I can definitely see a small change and the scale is encouraging. :happy:

My children made comments about my weight all the time. Kids are not afraid to call fat fat.
