I came soooo close last night to blowing it. Daughter brought home something from her work. I managed to have just a little of it and throw the rest out. It took (what felt like to me) a heroic feat of will power. I even looked up the calories and tried to convince myself it would be ok to have it all. me: 9 TB: 0

I cut gluten out about 6 weeks ago and I feel so much better. Gone is the heartburn and sour stomach every night, gone are "most" of my sugar cravings. I never had a blood test. A week or so ago I did intentionally have food heavy with gluten to see how I reacted...it was not pleasant. Just make sure you are getting your…

I own a small restaurant with fantastic food as well. It does make it harder!
