You CAN, but if you're trying to get stronger by building muscle, you SHOULDN'T. Muscle grows during periods of rest after periods of usage. Apparently it's a good thing you asked, since some people seem to be incorrect in their thinking.

I'm not fit yet, but I like to go to the park and walk or hike, roller skate, indoor rock climb and go bowling! Most people I see out are fit, so I'm guess those are some thing you might be able to do.

Just got back from a cruise too. The only good thing about the food is that it isn't as good as home, so you can't eat as much as you would otherwise! The food on shore, though--that's a whole other story.

True, I didn't look at your % since you indicated you were worried about carbs and fats. You don't need the whey protein, you're already at the top of the healthy range for protein.

Celestial Seasonings??? I remember in 11th grade I had this AP US History book that I would fall asleep while reading. Didn't matter what time of day, whether I was at a desk or not, or how much sleep I was getting (7+ hours)..... I think you may be confused. As you exercise and get additional calories to consume, you get the same percentage of carbs:protein:fat. So you won't go over, because you get more. Or maybe I'm confused by what you meant. I think you may just need an extra snack in there. Additionally, you could double that peanut butter.…
