If the topic is about HER birth control and she mentions condoms, it's off-topic at best. I noticed she didn't bring up other methods that are irrelevant like abstinence. Yes, I've seen worse, but it's a slippery slope.

Male bash much?

Since it was mentioned you're diary is visible, I looked and your protein came from roasted chicken, so you're fine. You're protein is low though. It should be up in 75-90g/day range. :-)

It depends on where it's coming from. What have you eaten?

Hello from next door! (Indy)

Welcome to MFP from Indy! :flowerforyou:

While that's a lot of cals, it's really not that bad. It's a huge dog and a big bun. Half the dog is probably enough to take care of you and I'll bet it's one of the better choices at Costco!
-
Because you haven't added it yet. ;-)

a sugar is a carbohydrate, so it doesn't count against you twice! :-)

You and my wife need to talk. lol

She said BMR; what indicates to you that 1758 is her TDEE and not her BMR?
-
GFS if you've got one!

This recipe is still in progress, so you'll need to modify it I'm sure. Sauce: 1.5 cup water 1 cup or 2 fresh oranges worth of juice 0.25 cup or 1-1.5 lemons worth of juice 0.33 cup rice vinegar 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp orange zest 0.5 cup of brown sugar or appropriate substitute 0.5 tsp of ginger (fresh is…

We watched The Hangover and The Ugly Truth. The Ugly Truth was really good. It was certainly a better rom-com than The Hangover was a straight comedy. The Hangover was funny but not omg-roflmfao funny.

I can't give you a DVD rec, but I do know many cyclists who started out as runners and had to switch after knee problems. Cycling takes most of the stress off your knees because the bulk of your weight is supported by the seat. If you can't bike, swimming is also a good alternative. :-)

MFP won't suggest under 1200 for you... 1758 is the number of calories you need to consume per day--at your current weight--to exist. In order to lose weight, you need to eat less than this. As you lose weight, your BMR will go down and subsequently, so will the number of calories you need to exist. 2lbs/week = 1000…

2660 x .20 =/= 3192 actually 2660 x .20 = 532 2660 x 1.20 = 3192 Where'd the formula come from anyway, it doesn't seem right to me?

Not all MDs are all about medicating and stopping anti-depressants can result in major side effects including suicide. Tell your dr that you're committed to getting off it and need help & guidance. If s/he can't do this, get a new doctor ASAP! Don't take brain chemistry too lightly, you should be under the guidance of…

break the food into it's own individual ingredients. if you make a meal from scratch, there are recipe builders on other sites. People around here seem to recommend sparkpeople a lot.

Hi! I lived in Orlando for over 10 years and am about your age, so we could have even been in the same place!

hehe I haven't seen her in years, but when I was a teen she was pretty hot. :) lol Wasn't she engaged to Corey Haim at some point? Now he's 80's!

eat 1 slice of bread w/ 1/2 slice (or none!) of cheese and both of the turkey.

You're too young to know about that!

That seems to be the general consensus around here. :-) I don't have a problem with Red, but w/e...

All I can say is the FDA specifically says they only approve the use of Phen for "a few weeks".

You definitely should take a break! But not of counting calories, you should take a break from weighing yourself. You're doing what you should be in terms of exercise and eating. Weighing in once a day may hold some people accountable, but for others it really just becomes discouraging. Weigh once a week and don't change a…

I'm not a 5' tall female, but I understand about self body image. When I was normal weight I always saw myself as heavy and when I got heavy I never thought of myself as heavy as I was. kinda funny how that works. :-)

From your allotment of calories for the day (on MFP), it is the way I explained. But for your body, yes eating adds calories and exercise subtracts them. Make better sense now?
-
calories are a measure of energy in food. net calories would be the change in that number after eating (subtract) or exercising (add).

While the above ways to do it might make you feel better, the short answer is there's a reason MFP doesn't give you calorie info on weight training. Different intensities and rest periods, etc. make it nothing but a guess unless you have a HRM. And if you log every calorie that goes into your body why would you throw a…
