As in you're making the meatballs yourself or as in your grinding your own chicken and making the meatballs? I actually tend to find the opposite is true. They use sodium to keep from using more fat and sugar. Consequently, when they take out the sodium they have to put the taste back in with calories.

If measure what is left after you marinate, you'll have what was absorbed. I'd use that number. For example: You use 3 12oz beers and have 10 ounces left --> 36 (3x12oz) - 10 remaining = 26 absorbed.

Some people have the proper feet for running without shoes, most don't. Distance and endurance is less vital than sprinting if there's a predator coming after you. If you have good support and arches, and don't have any pronation, it's worth trying. Otherwise stick with a quality shoe.

If you don't go out w/ each other often, I would postpone it til a week after all those social eatings you mentioned. If you go out all the time, I'd stay in.

IMHO, these are included in your "activity level" setting in MFP. i.e. even if you're a SAHM don't put sedentary b/c you're chasing toddlers, carrying 40lb bags of salt, etc.

Sautee some onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, turn it into a chicken philly. Throw it into some tomato sauce and serve with spaghetti squash. Put it in a little tortilla with a 1/4 to 1/2 oz of cheese and peppers. melt the cheese and have a chicken quesadilla.

Grilled Chicken Salad, no cheese. French Onion Soup, no cheese. Half a Burger. veggies, yes; sauces/bacon, no. Smothered Chicken or Chicken Capri, no cheese. Either Pork Chop option. Cheese steak, no cheese, Chicken Bruschetta, no cheese, or Portobello sandwich, no mayo. Remove at least half the bread. HTH!

This was mentioned in an FAQ I believe. The basic idea is that everyone does strength training differently -- different intensity, different time between reps and sets, etc. that it's hard to get an accurate number short of checking your pulse (ie HRM) frequently.

omid990 is correct. Just as sleeping 4 hours a night for 5 nights a week and then sleeping 18 hours on the weekend doesn't balance out to what your body wants. AMarie471, omid990 explained it. But I don't know anything about WW's program.

Yes, and HFCS comes from corn and Heroin comes from poppy plants. ;-) OP, I don't use artificial sweeteners and even avoid sugar alcohols, but I've seen that most people here live on the stuff.

I think your LDL is okay, but I know your HDL is just a tad low. You want HDL above 40. Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats will increase your HDL.

Most Chinese restaurants don't use MSG actually. When the idea of Chinese Restaurant Syndrome was spread back in like the 60s, most Chinese restaurants stopped using it since Americans were worried about it.
