Supremely late to this conversation, but I wanted to add that sometimes when I go to order stuff that I *know* they're going to douse in oil on the grill, I ask for them to prep it "dry", or with as little oil as possible. Usually the wait staff is happy to accommodate.

I love this too! (all of it!) I spoke to my household (family lol) last night and informed all of them that every time I lose 25 lbs we're having a pizza party. I have wonky work hours... so some days I eat a bowl of cereal (Special K with berries + almond milk = 125 cals) measured out, and usually for lunch I eat a turkey wrap and a pudding cup which is 248 calories. I usually score an orange, a couple cuties or a granola bar (100, 80 and 90 cals respectively) between those two.…

I hit the treadmill at work at least 3x weekly for about an hour. Yeah! That's what I do. I like the sauce and veggies and meats that go in more than I like the pasta anyway. No I haven't been doing the dry weight, never even thought of that lol. I'll do that. I just shred the chicken, use the taco bell spices from wal-mart and stick to the $1 spanish branded hard corn shells. Those shells are about 100 calories I think. It's been a while. I'll look when I get home. I'll probably steal this recipe and use the hard shells though lol, that sounds amazing. Cheers on that. :)

Yeah man, it sucked hard core. I had a specific menu that I ate almost every day for breakfast, lunch and two snacks but after I altered my weight I had to ditch / change the snacks. Ugh... such a pain. But totes worth it. Good luck! :)
