  • Getting back on track today -- the past couple of weeks have been tough due to the death of a close family friend. We're definitely missing him, but it's also serving as a reminder to me that I need to take better care of myself. Started with cardio at the gym this morning. Have a blessed day!!!

I'm new to working out and tend to switch between elliptical, treadmill & bike, depending on what I can force myself to do -- problem is, after 15-20 minutes on any of them, I'm wanting to switch over -- it's like I can't mentally tolerate it any longer or something.
