Make sure you are getting ENOUGH to eat and try switching your proteins around...meaning more in the morning at breakfast. When i was on WW and hit a plateau they suggested I do that and it worked. And if you are new at exercising it could be muscle weight. Not an expert but have lost weight many times in my life...just…
