  • I am 5'9 and I currently weigh about 153. My goal weight is 140... Back when I weighed 130, people would always ask my mom if I was doing alright, or eating enough. :/ I think at 5'7" 135 would be fine for you.
  • Thank you all very much! I think I'm going to have to focus on losing this small layer of fat then... I never have patience doing cardio for more than 30 minutes, but I am familiar with HIIT. :)
  • I'd say I only have 15 pounds on me to lose without looking gross and thin. Maybe I should bump up my cardio a bit? How much cardio do you ladies do?
  • I've been here for about a year. I'd say im a pretty consistent gym go-er, but could use a buddy for more motivation! My husband and I used to be able to workout together but not we are doing opposite times during the day :/
  • I don't ever do more than 30. I Do my cardio first (usually running) and then weights for about an hour.... I have seen results by doing this!
  • I watch the clock for most of my treadmill workout. I will run at a pace of around 6.5 for two minutes, and then sprint at 9 or more for 30 seconds to one minute. I repeat this until I have been doing the workout for about 20-25 minutes. It really doesn't give me much time to watch a show, because I'm focused on the time…
  • I burn 1000-1300 in a 2 hour workout. Usually, I do a lot of interval running, and a lot of weights. I'd say 1 hour of running and 1 hour of weights. I usually push extra hard once I see that im near 1000, and do more sprints.
