I've been a lazy bum since Sunday... Goal today is to catch up on my yoga since I'm 3 days behind. Did 2 a few minutes ago, have 2 more to do tonight. Also, SO and I are going to take puppy on a nice river walk once the sun starts going down.

Agreed!! I will never cut my coffee. Or my creamer - regular, full sugar full fat creamer. Though I've started measuring my creamer and logging accordingly.

40 minutes of Zumba and almost 20 minutes of yoga today. My body is starting to feel sore, but not the painful soreness - it's the kind of soreness that lets me know that what I'm doing is working.
