I'd definitely suggest making your own creamer - that way you can control the ingredients and have it taste exactly how you want! I haven't done it yet personally, but I want to. There are a ton of 'recipes' on the web (Pinterest especially), and a few have already been posted! Either way, good luck!

Something I've noticed is that when something is labeled 'light' or 'fat free', it tends to be higher in sodium. I made it close on protein but only got about half my fiber. Fiber is something I am usually pretty low in, I never noticed until I just checked my reports- I've only been at/over 6 days out of the past 90. My protein track record isn't much better. I need to step it up!

I'm in! I want to work on increasing the amount of time I can spend at a higher intensity on the bike. Exercise - Stationary bike Starting: 2 minutes at level 15 For the first 2 weeks I want to work on increasing the time by 30 seconds every 2 workouts. We'll see after that!
