This put me in the mood for breakfast to the point where I made breakfast for dinner last night! This morning's breakfast was a piece of buttered toast, a green apple and some peanut butter. I hope everyone had a wonderful morning!

It's most likely water retention, as eating out generally comes with a much higher sodium content than if you made the same meal at home. Don't stress, and drink a TON of water over the next few days - I'm sure you'll see the scale drop back down quickly.

I kind of tried something new today - the pool at my gym. Not that I've never gotten in a pool before, but I've never actually swam with the purpose of exercising. It was a work out, definitely!

Feel better soon, Holly! Don't beat yourself up if you're not able to exercise or log as diligently as you normally do - just focus on getting better. And I agree with Dan - chicken soup isn't terribly high in calories and is perfect when you're sick. Great to hear you're almost ready to buy a treadmill!

I just joined a gym with my sister-in-law this week.
