I do! By cutting out all but a few 'good' carbs, I am able to eat enough to stay quite satisfied so I am not hungry. I try to get in a quick walk or a little aerobic dancing when I can, but mostly I'm just being careful about how much of what I eat. I've been losing an average of 1 1/2lbs/wk, without ever feeling hungry.…
