I use it off and on. When I first got it I used it faithfully for a week and lost about 5lbs. I am not a huge fan of the way it taste. There are plenty of recipes online and on Pinterest.

I am the same way, Iv have never been a big eater ( had to believe since i weigh 191 pounds lol ) I use to just eat dinner and that was it. Now my intake is suppose to be 1400 which goes up to about 1700 with my workouts. I refuse to force myself to eat if I am not hungry. I can make it to about 700 a day. :/ Created by…

I started C25K because I wanted to learn to run. I actually tried it Aug 6th when I began my diet and I couldn't make it the 60 sec of jogging on the 1st day. So I decided to give myself a month of past paced walking/ jogging. I am glad I did, now I am on W2D2 and I can get through it with no issues, this week anyways :)…

I have 52 to lose by January. I could kick myself in the butt for stopping a year ago when I was down 25 pounds! So I started all over and I am down 12 lbs since Aug the 6th. Feel free to add me :)

I have the same issue, I have lost a couple inches by doing C25K and a 30 day squat challenge . I have had 2 C-sections so for me I know I will never have a flat stomach but I will be happy with any amount of inches I lose.
