Ive done diet after diet and guess what ? im doin it again lol , one thing i have learnt is that weighing myself every day made me give up quicker , doin it once a week gave me a goal to get to and i was less likely to last more then a couple of days ,(i at least lasted a week ) lol , on the level though these things take…
