I found the past weeks hard but I could finish without problem, but week 4 is more challenging, I did day 1 yesterday and running the 5 minutes parts was very difficult for me

Hi! I started using the MFP app two weeks ago and I was browsing the message boards because I haven't used them and I saw this so naturally I couldn't just not comment on a Nathan Fillion post!! I love him! It was heartbreaking when Firefly was cancelled. Now I love Castle and waiting for the season premiere is killing me!!
