Hi - plan on doing aqua class tonight with weights and treadmill prior. I am doing a 5 week challenge trying to lose 10 pounds by 2/17.

Doing aqua class 3 times a week. treadmill and bike. Walking at lunch for about 30 minutes. Tryiing to get in some WII exercise games in also.

I am excited about this point challenge. I was in a challenge like this with a different group and it was a lot of fun and I lost weight during it. Since then it was slow so glad to find a new group to move forward with.

I agree. I used to wait for machines but moved to LA Fitness and now can attend classes for free and there is a pool.

Have you tried weights with the machines? Another thing I just started was aqua classes at the new gym that I joined. If has been helping me.

I also have Fibromyalgia and was told that water exercises are really good. I started attending aqua class at the gym and it really is starting to help. I was also told that lifting weights with the machines are good and walking.
