Hello...I just finished week 7, and can't believe how far I've come...actually, last night I decided to keep running after my 25 minutes, and ended up running for 30 minutes straight...now I need to work on the distance...I ended up running about 2.75 miles in the 30 minutes.

Another vote for C25K here...I just started week 5 today and it is such an amazing program. I never believed I would have progressed as much as I have!! Good luck!

I love to have a low-calorie (100) English muffin toasted with 1/4 cup egg beaters (with a little salt, pepper and hot sauce) and queso fresco with chipotle laughing cow spreadable cheese...165 calories, and I eat it in the car on the way to work.

I have the zumba for the kinect as well, and I love it! I'm not a class/work out in public person, so working from home is great for me. I do the 45 minute intermediate classes right now...hopefully I'll get to the 60 minute class soon. The menu annoys me a little, but the game itself is fun. I don't focus on points at…
