Do u worry about all the numbers or focus primarily on calories???

Please add me brand new have no idea how to add anyone. Do u have to worry about all the numbers or can u focus mostly on calorie intake.. I can make the calories but something else is always over....

I started tracking last night can someone tell me..To loose weight do all the nutrition levels have to be met or can you just focus on calories and do the best you can with other ones????
