I'm in. Hoping to lose between 10-15lbs by Christmas. Starting today!
-
I'm still here. Had to take an extra 2 days rest but was back to it today with the Cardio Plyo. Seem to be eating like a horse though! Well in my head that's what it feels like! How's everyone else doing?
-
Had to take my rest day yesterday. My youngest's birthday so people were coming and going all day and I didn't get much chance to myself. So will do the plyo today and continue tomorrow with Cardio Resistance.
-
Finished Pure Cardio. Damn that was sweaty! Anywhos, Plyo again tomorrow then rest day. That will be week 1 done and dusted. Going ok, taking a lot more breaks than I would like but I will get there
I couldn't find Insanity in the database, but I burn between 330 and 430 for the workouts. Much less for Cardio Recovery. I don't know where they get their numbers from. I burn wayyyy more from running than I do from these workouts. The workouts leave me feeling more drained than running does though.
…

Maybe I'm not pushing myself hard enough. Think its the Plyo workout that reads about 900cals on MFP but I got 350 approx on my HRM. Big diff
-
Cardio Recovery done. Is anyone else finding that cals burned on HRM are completely different to MFP's cals burned for Insanity? Like waaaaaaaaayyyy off?
-
Feel better soon!
-
Not too sore today. Will do the Cardio Recovery a bit later on. Actually looking forward to it!

Switch kicks - 53 Power Jacks - 47 Power Knees - 75 Power Jumps - 22 Globe Jumps - 7 Suicide Jumps - 13 Push Up Jacks - 10 Low plank oblique - 55 I cannot for the life of me do a proper push up! And I'd love to be able to bang out 100 if asked! Frustrating! Upper body strength is terrible! Not as sore as I thought I would…
-
Fit test done yesterday. Bit sore this morning but I know it is nothing compared to the soreness I'll feel over the next few days!
-
Anseo!
-
And then what happens? And where are Aragorn and Gimli in all of this? Eating breakfast?
