My understanding is that exercise and eating at a moderate caloric deficit are both medically approved. Sorry, I can't remember which study that was based on. ;)

That I'm not special. The laws of physics apply to me perfectly well, and if I eat less calories than I expend, I *will* lose weight.

I often toss in half a scoop of protein powder if I'm trying to get a full serving. It's a great way to flavour your yogourt as well if you have interesting protein powder flavours.
