Thanks everyone! suzikay12 - LMAO, at the dead fall! :) That'll be me tomorrow. Was gonna give it a miss today, but after reading comments about pushing through the pain, I did it. Surprisingly it wasn't as bad as I thought. Thanks for the advice and encouragement. Good luck everyone, go forth and shrink. :p

I'm with you on this one, im at week 7 and finding the 26/8 mins a hard slog, so will be repeating. That said, I was like most people at the beginning couldn't run for 1min let alone 20+. Keep at it peeps, it'll be worth it in the end. Good luck.

I. Currently near the end of my c25k. W8 d1 - 2 jogs away from 30mins without stopping. When I started I could run 2 mins, let alone 28mins as of today.
