How hard is this exercise malarkey?
Man, I've just got a Fitbit, first day of use. How hard is it to achieve 10,000 steps? 50 minute walk and only just got over halfway!?

OMG, just done day 1, found it so hard, wanted to give up half way through, but persevered and did it. So chuffed!

I'm thinking about getting a Fitbit, is it worth it? I have a very basic watch HRM watch, was only £7. Will the Fitbit be any better? Thanks in advance

I'm not gonna have time to fit in any exercise tomorrow after work etc. I can't believe I'm actually considering getting out of my pit to fit it in, in the morning before I go to work! What's happening?

What can I say I've just completed my first nsv and than was completing 5k jogging without stopping in 41mins. Feeling very tired but elated all the same.

Should I update my details?
Morning all, Just a quick question. When I joined MFP I was activity level was none existent. So I input that I aimed to do 2 workouts for 30mins a day. May question being should I update this now as I'm jogging 3x a week then walking cycling 2x a week. Would this give me more calories over all? Thanks in advance.

Woohoo, i did it!
Omg, i did it. I jogged my circuit without stopping, was determined to do it once i got past a certain point. That my achievement for the week, me thinks. Feeling happy! ????????

I did it, I didn't give in
I did it, I didn't give I to temptation. Hubby and boys had a chippy for lunch after our family bike ride. I passed and had healthy melba toast and dips when I got back on, instead. Yay me!

Over on my calories today!
Well end of the day has arrived and I've gone over on my calories by 46. Although I'm ok with that as we went out for tea for my son's birthday meal. On a positive note i had no alcohol, so it could have been worse. Hope your all having/had a good day.

More calories when i changed my activity help
I started yesterday with 1200 cals. I changed my activity level from sedentary to lightly active, as a result my calories are now 1350! Is there a reason for this? I even changed it back to sedentary to make sure and its stayed the higher amount. Thanks in advance.

Salsa chicken
1 chicken breast - 150g Salsa dip - 40g Cheddar cheese, grated - 25g Fajita/taco powder mix - 1tsp Fry light - 1 or 2 pumps Soured cream - 15 ml - optional Equals 336 cals.
