What can I say I've just completed my first nsv and than was completing 5k jogging without stopping in 41mins. Feeling very tired but elated all the same.

Great job! That's a HUGE accomplishment. I've been training since February and I still can't go the whole 5k without a few walk breaks.

Yep my first, started jogging 2-3times a week, since i started in August. Managing about a mile worked myself up.

Had to give myself a talking to last night, i was planning on trying it today and was excited but also apprehensive, so could sleep.

Decided to push myself and it worked. Hopefully it won't be the last time I achieve it.

Nothing, had a pair of trainers gathering dust, dusted them off and started using them. At first it was really hard, but after the first 10mins, i get in the groove and just jog.
