Lanette ... wanted to add that my husband has several issues with his back that cause sciatica pain. When that pain is at its worst, he takes 600-800mg of Advil every 4-6 hours ... again, with his doctor's approval. He' trying to delay his 4th back surgery.

Lanette ... I take naproxen sodium (Aleve) every day to manage my osteoarthritis pain (specifically in my knees). When I have acute pain, I switch to ibuprofen (Advil). Today when I visit my mom, I will have to share that her best friend of over 80 years ... someone I knew as "Aunt" .... passed away yesterday at the age of 94.
