That's awesome! Way to go!!!!

That he should. He can be selfish at times but has been getting better lmao

I actually have 2 boys and now my daughter. My boys love working out with me and I want to be able to play with them more.
-
I was using cups. Oops. My thing is allowing myself junk food without overdoing it or fooling myself by trying to convince myself having just a bit MORE won't hurt. Once I get that under control I do well typically. Initially I have to cut off the bad food and go through the "withdrawl" and then I'm better with food after.…

I'm definitely investing in one! Everyone says it's a huge help so there is no way everyone is wrong lol and anything that helps I am fully on board with! And thank you :) it was something I needed to tell myself and thought others may need to hear it too :)
-
I believe you are right. I think that's where I went wrong. At least, one of the ways I went wrong lol
-
I did not know that! Wow! Thank you! I will definitely go get one. Thank you for your advice :) and I definitely don't want to be in hell. If I can make it easier I would love to make it easier lol

No was not
-
It sucks but we can do this! Add me if you would like to help encourage each other on our re-loss lol
-
Thank you! I will definitely look into this! I need to also figure out how to handle my food addiction and possibly overcome it where I'm not constantly craving it and thinking about it all the time.
-
I should also add, that another reason it was hell to me was that food was a huge factor. I have faced that I will always have an addiction to food. So it's so hard to not be able to have the food I want and the amount I want. Very hard to sit next to my husband as he eats McDonald's and ice cream while I eat a chicken…

This is very true! I can see now that what I need to do differently. Thank you :)

It was hell to me due to the fact that my body isn't like others and doesn't react like everyone elses. I learned that even while staying under calories I would only maintain. I HAD to exercise every day to see a drop. And if I ate any amount of junk food while staying under calories I wouldn't see a drop. I'd maintain. I…

Love that!
-
I'll add you :) I gained most my weight back in a matter of 6 months. I was horrified!!
-
I hope I don't quit. I mean, I know I can do it. I've done it once already. But it's like this fear/thought in the back of my head that's like "well what if I CAN'T do this again?" Kwim?
-
I am learning new skills I was never taught as well. And I've learned that I can't just lose the weight and stop doing everything I had been doing up to that point and expect the weight to stay off. It's something I'm going to have to keep on and maintain even when I have hit my goal.
-
That's kinda close to me. I lost 52 lbs and gained back 41. It's so depressing and frustrating. But once I see the scale going down further I'll be happy lol and this time I am determined to NOT gain the weight back again.
-
Congrats to not giving in to failure and to getting right back to it! We lost it once, we CAN lose it again!
-
My double chin has almost disappeared and i no longer look like a very fat pregnant woman lol. I'm also happy to be down to a size 13/14 after being in size 18-20 jeans :)
-
I did up to the end of level two and was watching calories and still didn't see results. I also felt it didn't push me enough. So I quit and did tae Bo and other various exercises and started seeing results. I wasn't impressed with 30ds and the lack of results.
-
Keep at it you will improve! When I started out exercising I couldn't jog more than 30 sec, couldn't do a single sit-up or push-up. I pushed myself every time where now I can jog for 30 min, 30 push-ups and can do 60 sit-ups. I push myself everyday to do better. Keep at it and you will go far!

I hate water but I force myself to drink anywhere from 2.5-3.5 liters of water a day
-
Impressive!!
-
I've come too far to give up. No way am I throwing the towel in. Idc how long it's takes to lose the last 30 lbs I will get there eventually lol
-
Kids definitely affect the hips and stomach. I think I've lost all I can off my hips. For the past 2 months my hips have been at 40 inches ???? while my stomach area is at 37 right now ????. Which is odd since my hips look smaller than my stomach. My body just hates me lol
-
That last part really put things in perspective for me. I agree, if my stomach doesn't go completely fat and/or I have loose skin- at least I won't be 200+ lbs anymore :)
-
I would say yes you qualify. Apple shapes typically have bigger upper bodies/stomachs. Even at my heaviest yes all of me was big but my stomach really stood out from the rest and after weight loss a lot of me got smaller but that dang belly isn't wanting to go down like the rest of me lol! Btw you look great!!!
-
Lol my friend is pear and I'm apple. She envies my thighs and hips being small and I envy her stomach and shoulder width being small lol
-
Really? I would love to see pics!! It's so strange because I've seen pics of so many people and everyone's body really is different. I've never found someone close to my body shape.
