I build mine into my routine. I like having honey roasted peanuts when I go to bed. So if I start getting hungry, my first question is always "do I want this more than I want my peanuts?" The answer, usually, is no.

Define "cooking". I'm assuming you mean "more than tossing the food into an appliance until warm", in which case, everything I eat. I don't like cooking, far too lazy. The closest to actually cooking I get is tossing together an egg scramble out of whatever cheese and lunch meat I have floating around.

Varies alot. Sometimes diced chicken in mozzarella cheese, sometimes a tv dinner, sometimes sausage and cashews, really depends on what I happen to feel like. Today it was beef fajita with mozzarella, here soon either some cashews or some bacon (I tend to spread my food out, except with the TV dinners, since they hit my…

I like turkey bacon. It's not bacon, bacon is bacon, but for what it is, it's good. My cousin once had some veggie bacon things around here that I tried. Not bad, but whoever made it doesn't seem to know what bacon tastes like. I put turkey bacon in that category (but higher ranked, obviously); it's bacon in name only, but…

You said you've been hovering around 6-800, with occasional bouts of the low 1000s, so yeah, add like 100-150 or so per week. Significant metabolic slowdown can be broadly checked by figuring out your maintenance (let's call it m)then averaging out your daily intake (f for food) for as long as you have data for. If m-f is…

I've found that a turkey burger with mozzarella cheese is surprisingly filling. That may help with the eating, I'm not sure how Ambien works. For motivation, do not look at the total number of pounds. Set various mini goals. Mine were drop through the stages of obesity (started at morbid, dropped to severe, am currently 5…

My goal is theoretical; I just put myself in the middle of my normal BMI range and went "yup, that'll work". Right now, I'm far enough off and haven't gotten irritated at all, that stopping isn't on the horizon, but if I wind up 5, 10, 20 lbs and figure "good enough" then I'll do that.

I have it at active/moderate active/the middle one, for my job. On the days I'm off, I'd just keep it there and not eat back for activity. It should balance out. I thought about logging my job, but then I realized I have no blasted clue how I would do that. What kind of work out is bagging the ice, moving it, then…

I wouldn't, since you're going to use some of the water in the tea to digest the tea part, which makes it kind of hard to figure out how much actual water you're getting. On the other hand, the 64oz of water/day thing is assumed to include water from foods and beverages, so if you're not feeling dehydrated, then say screw…

Peanuts and cashews, mozzarella cheese is good for cheese, quest bars are tasty. And the go to meat. People who eat more plant-based than me can prolly come up with some protein heavy veggies. Assuming it's hard to budget in those things within your calorie limit, protein powders are good I hear.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you start to feel bad. People lose at different rates at different times Now if you start to feel routinely light headed, or shaky, or physically weak, or anything like that, see a doctor, because then it's probably unhealthy. Otherwise, enjoy your bonus.

I started at 300 even about 15 weeks ago. Down to 227 as of today. I weigh daily, when I wake up, but only track on a weekly and monthly basis.
