  • I make this all the time and the family loves it!
  • I use the mama lupe low carb wraps (only 60 calories and 3 grams of carb) and usually put turkey, 1 strip of turkey bacon, fat free cheese and mustard. They are about 240 calories per wrap (depending how much cheese and turkey)
  • I do this all the time, my husband thought I was crazy until he tried it. I like to sprinke mine with a little fat free cheese also.
  • I am a former runner and thought I would take it back up. When I first started out I would walk for 2 minutes then run for 1 minute at a slow pace and gradually work my way up to running a mile then 2 then 3. You have to go at your own pace. If you start out too fast you will just injury yourself.
  • My two brothers and sister are currently doing it right now and love the results. I am too chicken to try but after seeing the results they have achieved I think I will give it a whirl.
  • According to Bob Harper of the Biggest Loser you shouldn't cut out all carbs. You should eat complex carbs and limit them to breakfast and lunch. No carbs after lunch.
  • I use them to make chicken chili 1 pound chicken, boiled then shredded 1 small can tomato sauce 1 can black beans rinsed 1 can hot rotel 1 can corn-drained 1 packet of taco seasoning Just mix everything together and simmer for about an hour. My family loves it. Makes 4 servings and only 380 calories a serving.
