  • I feel like MFP's go-to calorie allotment is 1200, so it's entirely possible you aren't getting enough, especially if you are exercising a good bit.   • have you looked into Gymboss timers? They are great, affordable, and flexible on the timing. Not a watch, but a good alternative, best I've found yet, and they have wristbands you can buy for them too. Oh, they also vibrate if you don't want the audible reminder. Found mine on Amazon!
