Ive fasted now 20 hrs with a 4 hr feeding window for going on 3 days now and Im down 2 lbs in a couple of days. Ill really try to keep this up. In doing no snacking, eating clean as best I can and exercising every day.

Look up a product called Capstar. Should be able to get it from your vet. It will start killing adult fleas within 2 hours. Then use something like Advantage or Revolution or Advantage Multi.

Could someone lose a good deal of FAT in 3 mobths time? Maybe the scale doesnt move that much but muscle increases and fat is noticebly less? Maybe thats what she meant

There is an intermittent fasting support group somewhere on here. I follow a 20 hour fast with a 4 hour window to eat. Others do Lean Gains, which you can find info on on the internet. I like eating this way. I'm too lazy to have to come up with 6 meals a deal and I dont like always having to worry about stopping to eat…

That's not exactly true. So long as IFIYM's then it should be fine. I get the veggie sub on whole wheat here and there. I wouldn't eat their meat. But if you wanted meat on it, you could always cook up a chicken breast beforehand and put it on yourself :)

See id rather do some form of weights and HIIT than long disyance running. Im sure once and awhile its nice but Im just too lazy.
