I put my camera on self timer, stood in an unflattering pose and looked as miserable as possible. I HATE seeing it and every time I do I get a boost of motivation, knowing that I can't be happy with myself like this.

I tried to make the picture smaller but it's still showing up as cut off, I'll post again in case it didn't work. I am so proud of him, he's still sticking to it and is working on bulking up now that he has lost the weight.
