Always wanted to visit Manchu Picchu, it looks soooo beautiful, I worry about language barriers. I have to do my trip on my own and I am pants at picking up other languages which is why I have stuck to safe places with lots of English speakers. I suck

hey, i'm the same height and have the same goal weight...just a bit further to go than you, i struggle to set small goals and think of the bigger picture. i think i'm about a third of the way through, that makes it easier sw- 14st 9lbs cw- 12st 11lbs

Its funny you mention this as I was hung over the other day. Had not eaten much the day before to compensate for my alcohol calories. Woke up at 8.30am ravenous and had almost a whole tube of pringles. Had barely any calories left for the rest of the day :grumble: Lost weight as I was still at a defecit

I have one, I friggin love it. My old scale only gave pounds, this one tells me a more accurate weight so I can see losses smaller than a lb to keep me motivated. It tells me my BMI so I don't have to keep working it out myself. I like tracking my bodyfat as well now, its another success I can measure

I am just eating at a deficit and lifting weights. I hate cardio with a passion. its working for me especially as it's sustainable. Doing something I don't enjoy always backfires

the injection made me lose weight because i was so depressed I skipped dinner every night and just curled up in bed as early as 6pm some nights. I also bled for weeks straight...never again. OMG can't believe there is a name for it, never heard it before. I always just referred to myself having massive man shoulders. I really need a measuring tape. Your right though when I lost weight before it did really improve.

I'm going on a round the world trip in a year and want to be able to do all the physical activities and look good in my photos, am going to Coachella as well and wanna look nice for that too. Dunno if it's the best reason but it's definitely working

today is a great case in point. I have been so good the last few days and have gained 2lbs. To be fair I have done weights the last 2 days and ate soup full of sodium and on my period so definitely water weight...still a little part of me wonders
