eating below my BMR...only by a tiny bit
Hi, I never checked my BMR but then I saw a post that said you shouldn't eat below it. My BMR is 1,536. MFP put me on 1450 to lose a lb a week. I weigh 182lbs am a 5ft 4" female. can you build any muscle on a deficit
just wondering as have started lifting a bit as my old housemate left his weights when he moved out. I have been told it is impossible to build muscle on a calorie deficit. Is this true, i know it will help preserve what I already have which is good but would be nice to increase.
