So..make sure you finish off your antibiotics, meanwhile eat some fermented foods, natural yoghurt or take probiotics (do make sure there is at least a couple of hours between antibiotics and probiotics). Not sure there is any reason to be angry, its a small gain and it may well be water weight unrelated to the…

You'd like to win but you don't need to win. If you are going to lose weight, do it in a sustainable and balanced way that won't lead you significantly under-eating and over-exercising. Don't be that co-worker who loses masses of weight (which is more likely to be muscle than fat) for a competition and then rebounds with…

What did you set your incidental activity level to? Are you eating back exercise calories?
-
Have you been agressively dieting in the past few months?
-
I would if I can find it among all the chit chat and other hidden forum posts in the recent discussions :)

Hi and welcome. Ensure you fill in your profile and set to lose weight so you know how many calories you need to lose weight, don't set an agressive goal, this will likely leave you feeling hungry. Plan your daily in menu in advance, weigh (usually solids) or measure (usually liquids) everything before it passes your lips,…

Weight loss surgery is a tool to help in weight loss, but unless the issues that led to overeating are addressed, it is likely that weight loss surgery will fail over the long term. Weight loss surgery will not resolve mental health issues you need to work on them with your medical care team.

Wow, excellent job, well done!

You haven't gained 8lb of fat in that time, so don't go overdoing the deficit and the exercise, you will only sabotage yourself. Think about it, you wouldn't have know you had gained until you weighed, it doesn't sound like your clothes are any tighter. It's not fat. It is likely fluid retention due to various reasons like…

I don't see it as deprivation but as abstaining. I don't moderate well at all, I have an all or nothing mentality so generally abstain on trigger foods. Neither one is better than the other, do what works for you. https://gretchenrubin.com/2012/10/back-by-popular-demand-are-you-an-abstainer-or-a-moderator/

Perhaps you are not the best example on writing a blog list on how you reached your ultimate weight. Your food dairy on the days you have completed it indicates that your are eating less than 1200cals per day. While the dairy doesn't dip below 1000cals its really not the best example, though yes it does bear out CICO.

Start of with a weak tea...and build up tolerance to the taste or try green tea with jasmine or someother flavour.

Spam removed, thanks Juliet

No....particularly no if the cold is in your chest and particularly no if your asthma is flaring.

That menu doesn't look like it would equal 1500calories. I would feel terrible if all I had for lunch was a salad without any protein. Your protein for the day looks like it consisted of two eggs, 120gms of chicken and whatever is in the milk. Looks like to me you need to up your calories and you need to eat back some or…

So you haven't weighed yourself for two weeks but you feel like its all too slow? But you lost 4lb in the first two weeks and you can see some positive changes. It is very likely that you have lost a few more pounds, which isn't at bad for someone with not a lot of weight to lose. Stop watching youtube videos they are…

If you already struggle to eat a lot, I am not sure how saxenda is meant to help you? Saxenda is meant to reduce appetite so as to discourage overeating. Do you currently weigh/measure everything you consume and drink? If not, it may that you are actually eating more than 1200cals.

Just eat less is very much simplication of a complex issue of why people are overweight. It's great that just eating less works for some, unfortunately it isn't that easy for everyone.
-
I doubt this post is spam, saxenda is only available on script from a medical doctor. I assume it is the genuine product the OP is trying and was obtained on script. OP, you may find some of the prior threads about saxenda useful. I used the search link above and if you click on the results below you will finda a number of…

If your profile pics are current, you don't look like you need to lose any weight.

So much coffee? Why not spread those 3 to 4 drinks out over the day. How much sleep are you getting each night? Slump may not be related to the foods you are eating?
-
Add some proteins and good fats. Maybe the slump is the buzz of 3 to 4 coffees wearing off?
-
Significant undereating will of course make you hungry. You don't need to eat under your calorie count, it is already set for weight loss.
-
We get so caught up on the scale weight....you look leaner, your clothes are fitting better....the number on the scale shouldn't matter
-
How long are spending there when there? What exercise are you doing? Or is it a case of not necessarily spending too much time at the gym but talking about it all the time?
-
Over exercising? If you have been busy are you sure you are eating enough?
-
Wow, you've achieved a great loss in the time that you have. Well above the average in fact. Your disappointment is because you are judging your success solely on a scale number. Look at what you've achieved over the past year...it is far greater than a pre determined number. With the weight you have lost your health has…

Is it bloating or fat? Flat tummy in the morning but not so flat by evening? How's your posture?

A once popular site was calorieking.com.au. I doubt whether the data base has been updated for sometime, and the forums were quite active but now very much under utilised.

You will gain weight when you re-introduce carbs, as a guide each 1gm of carb consumed retains about 4gms of fluid (not permanently of course). You appear to have a 'diet' mentality...perhaps look to what you can do to make a lifestyle change (yes its a cliche but), what habits you need to ditch and what new habits you…
