Maybe he just didn't like the possibility of having his photo taken? Did you take other photos?

Do what is sustainable for you? But don't think of it as cheating, just factor it into your planning of your meals. If having a cheat meal or splurge occasionally keeps you on track for the long term it will be worth it.

21lb in two weeks? That's a lot even for the initial fluid loss. Are you actually eating enough for your age, weight, height and activity levels?
-
Are you actually counting calories? Are you eating in deficit?

How mls in each bottle?

Not sure how much water you are drinking 120 ml? That amount isn't much at all so I assume a typo? Best way to tell if you are drinking too much or too little fluid is the colour of your pee. Dark yellow (except for the first pee of the day) means too little water whereas if your pee is clear without any colour or very…

Eat now, and going forward make sure you eat more during the day.

There are many variations to clean eating, presumably you've found a style that suits your you. If you are looking to lose weight, clean eating won't necessarily achieve that by itself. You can still eat too much when clean eating, and will need to use more calories than you consume to lose weight.

MFP calorie allowance is provided before exercise, there is an expectation exercise calories are eaten back. Sometimes the exercise calories are overestimated that is why some people don't eat them all back. It's a bit of trial and error. Start with at least half, if you are losing weight too quickly eat more exercise…

Weight loss surgery isn't necessarily an easy way out, it's a weight loss tool but it can be quite tough trying to lose weight in this manner From what I understand the balloon is removed after 6 months or so? One thing to consider is how are you going to maintain weight loss once the balloon is removed. I am not sure I…

Salads and protein are probably leaving him hungry, need good fats as well. An emotional eater needs to do things that will detract them from eating, only he can do that for himself. If he is bored he needs to find something to occupy his mind and hands, if he is stressed he probably needs to do something to unwind, if he…

Weight loss is mostly about the calories you consume. If you consume more than your body uses you gain weight, if you consume less than your body uses you should lose weight. Did you fill in your profile? How many calories were you allocated to lose weight?
-
Well done on your weight loss so far. You have set yourself a reasonable goal in a good time frame, good to see you are not impatient and have been achieving sustainable weight loss.

Nah...I don't believe it's cheating at all. It's a tool to help lose and manage/maintain weight. The people i know that have had WLS still have to work hard at losing or maintaining weight. Some people have success with other tools others fail with them and generally this is their tool of last resort. My opinions are quite…

Gain could be fluid retention due to too much sodium or hormones. Are you weighing and measuring everything you eat and drink? If not, you could be eating more than you think.

Well done!

You don't say how much you currently weight...though you want to lose 15-20lb it may be that you are already a low weight and don't have a lot fat to lose. What is your weight and do you have an idea or est of body fat %?
-
We are our own worse critics aren't we. With about 20lb to lose I doubt you would look as fat as you think you do. If you haven't exercised extensively to date, why not start walking or swimming, and if you have the opportunity do some weights, you can do home weights there are plenty of free programs on the web. Get out…

Your weight is already in the healthy weight range for your height with a BMI of 22. I don't know how active you are at work, but with walking an hour a day, anything less than 1200cals per day will be too low. If you fairly active at work you plus the walking you could probably eat up to 1400 to 1500 per day and still…

Expressing concern for the health of an overweight or obese family member or friend is entirely different than bluntly telling someone they are fat (and just leaving it at that). A lot of people say they are just bluntly honest, I suspect they get more pleasure from being blunt than being honest. If someone publicly asked…

Wow, I would be quite hungry. If its a once off it probably won't hurt, but if you are eating like this all the time it won't be sustainable for weight loss and health. Watch out tomorrow you may be extra hungry. If you do this quite regularly there is also a chance of binge eating/going without cycle which would also be…

Welcome and good luck!

Your activity level isn't sedentary but probably active. Activity level refers to incidental activity not exercise. You have received good advice from the posters above regarding all aspects of your posts.

Open up your food diary if you like and we can offer some tweaks to your menu

Meggie post some before and after photos of yourself, make sure you aren't wearing baggy clothes in the after photos and I can guarantee there are differences.
