Lmao...I can't even. Losing and gaining weight is a science, and it all comes down to calories. Yes, you were eating too many calories, and the only way to get fat is to eat a lot of food ie more than your body needs. This post is ridiculous.

Well it's clear abs can be visible without targeting them directly. However, your concern seems to be referring to having a strong core rather than just visible abs that come with low body fat. Thing is, you can easily gain a strong core without specific ab moves. Squats and deads, planks, and everything full body engages…
