egg-less omelet made with chickpea flour. 203 cals 3g fat 2g fiber 17g protein compared 2 regular eggs: 185 cals 1g fat 0 fiber 1g 14g protein you can a little extra fiber and omegas into it if you add a tbsp. ground flax seed. It tastes the same as an omelette : )
