I was looking into some variety this week so this is what i came up with.. Banana/peanut butter sandwich, tomato /cheese sandwich, baked potato with broccoli, and homeade low salt chicken salad. (my moms receipe) All of these eaten with fruit or a few chips, for snacks i bring yogurt, fiber brownies, diff fruit. :)

that looks so good! if only i ate meat LOL.. We are serving 2 homeade pizza (veggie) 7 layer taco dip with chips. cheese tray, veggie tray, fruit tray, and some meatballs with marinara sauce for my meat eaters. Pretty excited.

They have muffins that are only 100 calories.. I eat those with the 1/3 fat cream cheese 170 calories of yummy (and hot) goodness :)

I think we all gain a lil during the holiday season! We have 3 weeks left until christmas.. All we can do now is move forward and prepare for the next holiday.. Lets go strong for that 3 weeks, be prepared and start over after that weekend, if we get off track. :)
