Binge days, which happen more often than I'm willing to admit, I find extremely hard to log, but I estimate approximately how many calories I ate, log it, cry about it for a couple hours, then I get right back on track

I cut out sodas and juices, drinking 95% water. I've also severely restricted my pasta and rice consumption. It's made a huge difference

Everybody is mentioning that sandwich haha. I actually ate a little less than 3/4 of the sandwich, and was looking for a food result that looked like it was somewhere near the actual calorie amount, so it was more of an educated guess. I didn't actually eat 1.3 sandwiches haha
